Is Home Records a complete household inventory app?
Home Records is designed for major appliances and installed home systems. It is not a room-by-room catalog of furniture, clothing, jewelry, or other personal possessions, and it does not promise an insurance-ready valuation.
Which files can I attach?
You can attach PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF files up to 10 MB each. Common document labels include receipt, warranty, manual, installation document, service invoice, and model or serial plate photo.
Are appliance receipts and warranty files private?
Home Records files use private object storage. SeasonKeep checks your current access before issuing an upload or download link, and each link expires after five minutes. There is no public sharing link.
Does a warranty reminder confirm that I am covered?
No. SeasonKeep reminds you about the expiration date you entered. Coverage and claim eligibility depend on the warranty terms, proof of purchase, product history, and the manufacturer or warranty provider.
What happens to my records if I downgrade?
SeasonKeep preserves existing records and documents. They remain readable and downloadable. Editing is locked until the home fits the current plan limits or the owner upgrades.
