SeasonKeep starts with 227 task rules across 18 home systems. Each rule records timing, frequency, cost ranges, difficulty, and the homes it applies to.
A schedule tied to the home
A zip code maps the home to an IECC climate zone. The rules engine then filters by climate, home age, and installed systems before it assigns dates.
Product and editorial sources
Product pages draw plan prices and limits from the same code used by checkout. Articles distinguish SeasonKeep database analysis from external cost and safety guidance and link to source material in context.
Information, not an inspection
SeasonKeep helps homeowners plan routine upkeep. It does not replace a licensed contractor, code official, engineer, or home inspector when a job requires one.
