Managing Your Schedule

Managing Multiple Properties

SeasonKeep supports multiple homes under a single account on the Home Pro plan and above. Whether you own a primary residence and a vacation home, or manage several rental properties, each home gets its own personalized maintenance calendar.

Adding Another Home

To add a new property:

  1. Open the home switcher in the sidebar (it shows your current home's name)
  2. Click Add Home at the bottom of the dropdown
  3. Walk through the onboarding wizard for the new property — enter its location, systems, and features just like you did for your first home

Each home generates its own independent set of maintenance tasks based on that property's specific climate zone, age, systems, and features.

Switching Between Homes

The home switcher is always visible in the sidebar navigation. To switch to a different property:

  1. Click the home switcher dropdown (shows your current home name and location)
  2. Select the home you want to view from the list
  3. Your dashboard, calendar, history, and contractor suggestions all update instantly to show data for the selected home

A checkmark indicates which home is currently active. Switching is instant — no page reload required.

What's Separate Per Home

Each home maintains its own:

  • Maintenance calendar — Tasks are personalized to that property's profile
  • Health score — Based on that home's completed and overdue tasks
  • Task history — Complete records of what's been done at each property
  • Contractor suggestions — Based on the home's location and needed services

Plan Limits

The number of homes you can add depends on your subscription:

  • Free — 1 home
  • Home Plan ($4.99/mo) — 1 home
  • Home Pro ($9.99/mo) — Up to 5 homes
  • Landlord ($19.99/mo) — Up to 25 homes

Sharing a Home's Schedule

On Home Plan and above, you can generate a public, read-only link to any home's schedule from Settings, under that home's Share Schedule section. Anyone with the link can view the schedule — including the Home Health Score and upcoming and overdue tasks — but cannot edit anything. You can add a label (for example, "For my realtor") and an optional expiry date, and revoke the link at any time. The link shows the home's name but never its street address.

Tenant View Links (Landlord)

The Landlord plan adds tenant view links — a read-only view you can give a tenant for a specific property. Create one from Settings, under that home's Tenant Views section:

  • Optionally add the tenant's name and email
  • Choose which systems the tenant can see (for example, interior, appliances, and safety) — they'll only see tasks for those systems
  • Optionally set an expiry date, and optionally email the link straight to the tenant

The tenant sees a read-only list of overdue and upcoming tasks for the systems you chose, labeled with your home's name. They don't see your address or your Home Health Score. You can revoke a tenant link at any time.

Tenant links differ from a shared schedule: they're filtered to the systems you select, are addressed to a specific tenant, and never show your health score.

Portfolio Dashboard (Landlord)

Landlord accounts get a Portfolio view in the sidebar — an aggregate look across every property. It shows:

  • Top-line stats: total Properties, Average Health across your homes, total Overdue tasks, and tasks Due This Month
  • A card for each property with its health score, property tag, location, and overdue and upcoming task counts — click a property to jump straight to its schedule
  • An Upcoming Across All Properties list that pulls the next tasks from every home into one place

Property Tags

You can label each home as a Primary residence, Rental unit, or Vacation home (or leave it untagged) on the home's Profile page in Settings. The tag appears as a colored badge in the home switcher and on the Portfolio dashboard, making it easy to tell your properties apart at a glance.

Cross-Property Weekly Digest

Landlords receive a single weekly digest email covering the whole portfolio: a per-property breakdown of upcoming, overdue, and completed tasks, portfolio-wide totals, and a few top priority tasks across all homes, with a link straight to your Portfolio dashboard. (The weekly digest is available on every plan; the cross-property version is what the Landlord plan adds.)

Removing a Home

If you sell a property or no longer need to track it, you can remove it from your account in Settings. The home and its task history will be archived (not permanently deleted), so your records are preserved if you ever need to reference them.
